    • Zero Copy Labs: redesigned CheQRboard's UI and design system, designed features for the ProAxion IoT app, and refreshed the agency's own website (2025).
    • Luma Works: led end-to-end product design for a platform for professional painters, from concept and design system to prototypes and user flows (2025).
    • OSG: wireframed and prototyped the JourneyConnect billing experience in Figma, and designed interactive statements with Orion AI for financial services clients and credit unions.
    • Matrix Imaging Solutions: built and maintain the SharePoint intranet; automated employee recognition with Power Automate (2022 – present).

About

I'm Ray Santos, a designer in the New York City area who cares about the smallest pixels in a system.

Currently I design for Panasonic North America and run Raysan Designs. Before that I drew OSG's fintech icon sets and led its 2024 brand refresh, and spent nine years at PNY Technologies growing into senior web designer. I trained in communication design at Pratt.

Working on small teams taught me to own the whole path: the research, the system, the pixels and the handoff to engineering. I work with US and global teams, remote and in person, and I love illustration and drawing custom icons.

Away from the screen I'm cooking, drawing with my kids, designing furniture and woodworking with hand tools and machinery.
